Christina zur Nedden lives in Singapore, reports from there on China and regularly travels to other countries in Southeast Asia for her research/reporting. She is the Asia correspondent for "Die WELT", but also writes and photographs for other media.

She has worked at SPIEGEL, WIRED magazine and the Financial Times. She holds a master’s degree in global politics with a focus on China from the London School of Economics and studied politics at Hong Kong University (HKU).
