Natalie Mayroth
Mumbai, India

Natalie Mayroth works primarily for German-language media. Her expertise ranges from political analyses and environmental to cultural topics in South Asia. She also gives talks and runs workshops, such as at the re:publica conference in Berlin. As Chairwoman of the Indo-German Media Network (IGMN), she promotes intercultural exchange and networking between media professionals from both countries. In the course of her journalistic career, she has received several scholarships and grants. She covered a variety of topics, including subculture in China, the role of the Dalai Lama, environmental issues in the Maldives and elections in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. She also provided extensive coverage of the G20 summit in India. Her first book translation „Der Wegbereiter" was published in 2025.
